A native the Tidewater, Niccò was always interested in art... At the age of 19 he found interest in the Tattoo World. Through his Journey he continued his path, striving to be become better artist than he was everyday. Today more than 21 years later, he still is infatuated with his art and Tattooing.

I am a Established and Professional Licensed Tattoo Artist. I began my interests in the Body Modification/Tattoo World in the late 90's. I began a formal Apprenticeship in 2003. My focus and ultimate goal in Tattooing is to create something that truly surpasses the clients expectations, making the experience so memorable that the expectation of a future return is a guarantee. I believe that the expression of the mind, heart and soul is achieved outward through art.
